Pamela Lofts
Pamela Lofts is a visual artist living in Alice Springs. Frequent trips into the desert inform her sculpture and photography as well as her book illustrations. She has developed, in collaboration with Aboriginal custodians, a series of children's books based on their traditional stories. She has also illustrated a number of picture books including the Australian favourites Wombat Stew (with Marcia Vaughn) and Hunwick's Egg.
