Shipping and Posting

We ship via Australia Post and Fastway Courier within Australia. International orders are sent via Australia Post.

We offer $ 6.95 flat rate (or capped) post Australia Wide. These orders are sent via Australia Post Standard, or Fastway Courier. Extra is charged for Registered Post or Express Post.

Posting within Australia

We post items either through Australia Post as a standard parcel, or as Express Post. Neither option includes insurance, however Express Post is tracked. We have posted many items through Australia Post over the last couple of years - most via Standard Post - and loss of anything in the mail is very very rare.

We also offer Registered Post. Registered Post is insured and tracked, and travels at the same speed as Standard Australia Post parcels.

How long does it take to get in Australia?

We post almost 100% of our orders the same day (ordered before 3:00pm eastern time). So postal delivery times to different states are here:

Express Post - Next Day delivery (when ordered on a business day, if ordered Friday - then the following Monday)

Australia Post Standard

Australia Post Standard mail is generally reliable. However, while the majority of parcels get to their destination on time, there will always be the odd exception that takes 6 days to cross from one side of Australia to the other, or takes ten days to get to Newcastle.

Posting Worldwide

Normal postage transit times are:

UK and Europe: 14 - 24 days

USA and Canada : 6 - 21 days

Asia (Japan, China etc) 21 - 24 days
