We do not record any credit card details on this site. We record you name, address and email address, but if you wish this deleted after your purchase - please email us and we will completely delete all your details. We NEVER give anyone any of your personal details.  

Payment Methods

There are several ways you can pay for your purchase:
 

Credit Card (Visa and Mastercard) via Paypal

You can pay with credit card. Processing is done via Paypal. Paypal is one of the worlds leading payment gateways. We have taken many payments via Paypal.
Some of the advantages of Paypal:
* we don't see your credit card details - all credit card processing through Paypal is done through Paypal's site - we never see your credit card details
* you don't need to join Paypal to use your credit card - you can make a credit card payment for purchases like any other online credit card gateway.
* if you wish - you don't even need to use your credit card - you can use your bank account. You can set up a Paypal account and transfer money from your bank account to your Paypal account. You never need to use a credit card on-line.
* There are NO CHARGES TO YOU when you use Paypal - all charges are paid by us.

Bank Deposit

You can pay by transferring the payment amount from your bank account to ours.
When you make a deposit just add the order number in your bank deposit reference. If you deposit directly to a bank branch ask the teller to give the order number as a reference - if the teller won't give any reference (date of birth, street number), email us with the reference.

Phone Orders

We are unable to take telephone orders, as we cannot take credit card payments via the Phone (only via Paypal).

I am in a hurry - how long does payment take?

The fastest way to pay is by credit card via our Paypal gateway - we get the payment immediately.
Bank Deposit is slower. Processing times vary from 1 day to 5 days.
Payment via money order is next fastest, it is just the time the money order takes to reach us. However, that can be 2-10 days depending where it is posted from in Australia.
Payment via cheque is the slowest method. it can take 2-10 days to reach us in the mail, then up to 5 days for the cheque to clear - thus it can be up to 4 weeks, depending where you are in Australia, for your items to arrive.
